Calendula Milk Artisan Soap

Gently washing off the day, Calendula Milk soap is a personal treat for your body.  Made with organic coconut milk and healing calendula (calendula infused olive oil + calendula flowers), this gentle soap delicately cleanses to leave the skin feeling calm and soothed.

This moisturizing bar is scented with a light fragrance, reminiscent of relaxing in a spa.

Ingredients:  Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Organic Coconut Milk, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Cocoa Butter, Castor Oil, Pure Pthalate Free Fragrance Oil, Calendula Flowers.

About sodium hydroxide (lye):  All true soap is made when a chemical reaction occurs (saponification) between sodium hydroxide and the oils/butters being mixed together.  This process is complete after about 48 hours, at which point, no sodium hydroxide remains in the soap.  Even though sodium hydroxide is not in the end product, it is listed, as it is used to make the soap.
